Fundraising Campaign Launched to Restore the Presidium Building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine
PrivatBank has announced a fundraising campaign to restore the Presidium building of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine, which suffered a direct Russian strike on September 28.
The historic building of the NAS Ukraine Presidium, located on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, sustained significant damage after being hit by a Russian drone. A large-scale fire broke out, and Academy employees lost their lives in the attack.
Built in the 1850s, the historic building has been intertwined with the history of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for more than a century.
PrivatBank has urged everyone who cares to join the restoration efforts and support Ukrainian science.
The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine expresses its sincere gratitude to PrivatBank for this initiative, as well as to everyone supporting the Academy following the Russian attack.
Donations for the restoration of the NAS Ukraine Presidium building can be made via the PrivatBank "Money Jar" (Konvert): https://next.privat24.ua/env/donate/b2188461
